Hot Yoga – Basics
Hot Yoga Basics is a multi level class which will build strength and confidence in the basic postures focusing on breath and alignment. It is a little faster and more dynamic than the beginners level.
Hot Yoga is a great way to tone up, improve your flexibility, de-stress, detox and relax.
At Bamboo Fitness our studio is heated to approximately 30-35 degrees which will help you stretch and relax more easily.
Expect to feel worked out, de-stressed and cleansed.
Level: This is a mixed ability class with modifications and progressions offered to suit participants of all levels.
What you need:
- We provide Yoga mats but feel free to bring your own.
- A towel to lay on top of your mat (Yes you will sweat that much!)
- Water – Make sure you’re hydrated before coming to class, during the class drink little and often.
