Improve your core stability, increase strength, improve your muscular endurance and cardio-vascular fitness in our fitness focused PT sessions. Our experienced team of trainers will help you set specific goals whether that is weight loss, muscle toning or a sports specific goal. We use a mixture of training methods to create an exercise programme that will be energising, fun and effective.

Our trainers take the intelligent approach to programme design and pride themselves on good technique, form and alignment.
