Why not try a combination of Yoga, fitness and Pilates to reach your fitness goals? At Bamboo Fitness we have found that some clients like to mix their sessions up a little to reap the benefits of a combination of the different fitness modalities.



Barre classes are the hottest workouts in town and Bamboo Fitness bring Total Barre™ to Crystal Palace! No dance experience needed and suitable for beginners.
Experience a full-body workout that will introduce you to muscles you didn’t even know you had! Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, this Total Barre™ class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music. 💃🏻🕺💪🏽
Classes are every Monday, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
