Your programme will be tailored to your specific needs based on your posture, lifestyle and fitness level. You may be recovering from an injury and need to work at a slower pace or an athlete wanting to take your workouts to the next level.
Our private, purpose built boutique PT studio is kitted out with a full range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel which means your sessions will be varied, interesting and fun.
