Our trainers are fully qualified STOTT Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers with years of experience teaching a wide variety of clients with very diverse health & fitness goals.

Improve and enhance your posture, core stability, strength and muscle tone with a Pilates programme.

Your programme will be tailored to your specific needs based on your posture, lifestyle and fitness level. You may be recovering from an injury and need to work at a slower pace or an athlete wanting to take your workouts to the next level.

Our private, purpose built boutique PT studio is kitted out with a full range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel which means your sessions will be varied, interesting and fun.
