Dynamic Mat Pilates is a multi level class which will challenge your whole body. This Mat based class utilises props like the foam roller, mini stability balls, hand weights and flex bands to keep things varied and more importantly to enable you to have a functional workout that will test and strengthen your entire body.

Appropriate for beginners and improvers with options offered for different fitness and skill levels.
