This is a more challenging class with a faster pace and much more complex choreography to further test your mind as well as your body… Our Intermediate/Advanced classes are designed for those who have mastered the exercises at the beginners level and have progressed onto Reformer Flow classes.
If you’re thinking about attending this class then speak to your Bamboo Fitness trainer to see if you are ready.
