Jess is a performer, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has practiced Yoga for many years but the passion and love came from teaching stretch based classes and seeing how much they do for people. Physically, mentally and spiritually Yoga can benefit everyone.

Whether someone is working around an injury or physical restriction, wanting to strengthen their body or whether they simply need an hour out of their busy, hectic life Yoga has the answers. Jess’ classes are flowing and dynamic giving you a physical challenge whilst also being relaxing, calming and fun!

Jess believes a relaxed mind is the key to furthering yourself in whatever you may do so her classes are always a safe, no-pressure, happy environment. Beginners are always welcome and adaptations always given.
