Suzie’s health and wellness journey began six years ago when she developed an incurable yoga habit which led her to leave her office job in London and train as a 200 hour RYT Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher in Costa Rica. After training she travelled and taught yoga all over South America, from the mountains of Panama to the city of Buenos Aires. Mentored in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, which highlights correct alignment and use of props, she incorporates these principles into her Vinyasa classes to make the freedom of yoga accessible to everyone.

Whilst Suzie adores the simultaneously energising, strengthening and calming effects of a physical yoga practice, she also believes in cultivating a happy healthy lifestyle beyond the mat through living a yogic lifestyle full of healthy plant-based food.

She loves sharing her recipes and wellness inspiration via her blog and at her classes and events across London.
