Total Barre™ Tone & Core
Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, our Total Barre™ Tone & Core class will leave you feeling worked-out and energised.
Classes begin standing, toning the legs with a mix of choreographed pliés, grande battements and kicks. A short upper body toning routine using hand weights is followed by floor work focusing on flattening your abs and improving your core strength.
