Barefoot Fitness is a dynamic conditioning class that focuses on functional fitness. This workout uses a combination of body control movements and small equipment that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

There is little to no impact in this workout, but be prepared for a challenge! You’ll work arms, legs and core to get an awesome total body workout!
