Total Barre™ & Mat Pilates

A combination of body conditioning ballet based moves with a longer Pilates Matwork element, this class involves 30 minutes of barre work to hone and tone the legs and glutes then moves to the floor to work the core and abs before finishing with stretches which will leave you feeling energised and elongated!

Experience a full-body workout that will introduce you to muscles you didn’t even know you had! Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, this Total Barre™ class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music. 💃🏻🕺💪🏽
