For those who are working towards mastering the Intermediate Reformer exercises and want to experience the challenge of the Advanced repertoire.
 
This class has been designed for clients that have mastered the exercises in Reformer Flow classes. The Advanced Reformer exercises build on the strong foundations of the intermediate sequences further challenging strength, flexibility and coordination.
 
Level: This class is suitable for advanced participants that have mastered the Level 3 Reformer Flow classes. Please check with your regular teacher before booking Advanced Reformer.
