Barefoot Fitness is an energetic high tempo class that focuses on dynamic and functional exercises. Using music as a motivator, this varied workout utilises small equipment and body weight exercises to increase your fitness levels and torch those calories.

This is a low impact, high energy workout! You’ll use medicine balls, body weight exercises, combat, flex bands and hand weights to train your entire body. Jumpstart your metabolism and take your workouts to the next level with Barefoot Fitness!

We have 2 spaces available for tomorrows Intermediate workshop due to late cancelations.

This Saturday 2 - 4pm

This workshop has been designed specifically for clients who have been attending Beginners Reformer classes for some time and feel they have mastered the repertoire and are ready to step up a level.
The Intermediate Reformer repertoire is more complex both technically and physically. Our 2 hour workshop is a great opportunity to practice Intermediate Reformer exercises to improve form and technique in preparation for some of the more challenging classes at Bamboo Fitness.

The price is £25 and you can book online in the usual way.
