Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced class derived from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. The asanas link together in an athletic sequence and include arm balances, back bends and handstands to challenge your balance, flexibility and core strength.

Expect to work up a sweat!

Not suitable for beginners.
