Your guide to Mat Pilates classes
Our Mat Pilates Flow class is an *Essential/Intermediate level session which will challenge your whole body. This Mat based class utilises props like the foam roller, fitness circles, mini stability balls, hand weights and flex bands to keep things varied and more importantly to enable you to have a functional workout that will test and strengthen your entire body.
Progressions and adaptations are offered throughout the class to accommodate different fitness and skill levels.
*Level – Not suitable for beginners or clients with injuries.
