If you don’t want to attend classes then why not book in for a 1-1 private session. If you prefer more of a bespoke and tailored session or if you would like to share a session with a friend then please email us to arrange – firstname.lastname@example.org.
For added convenience you can even bring along your baby to your private or duo sessions.
Pregnancy Reformer Pilates Classes
This varied and energising Reformer Pilates class is designed to strengthen those all important labour muscles and maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. The pelvic floor, deep abdominals and glutes all become a structural powerhouse to help maintain good posture, relieving stressed tired or achy overworked muscles.
This class stands you in good stead when the time comes to regain that pre-pregnancy body.
This session is also suitable for post natal women coming back to exercise after giving birth.
