The pelvic floor, deep abdominals and glutes all become a structural powerhouse to help maintain good posture, relieving stressed tired or achy overworked muscles.

This class stands you in good stead when the time comes to regain that pre-pregnancy body.

This session is also suitable for post natal women coming back to exercise after giving birth.
