Your guide to Reformer Pilates classesL2 Total Barre™ & Cardio-Tramp™

Level 2 Total Barre & Cardio Tramp is an uplifting and fun class which combines elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and conditioning training to create an effective ballet based class which will leave you feeling worked-out and energised.
Classes begin standing, toning the legs with a mix of choreographed pliés, grande battements and kicks. Intervals of jumping on the Cardio Tramp and traditional Reformer exercises will increase the cardiovascular and fat burning element whilst being kind to your joints.
Clients must be proficient at Level 1 Beginners Reformer before booking this class.
