At Bamboo Fitness we put the goals of our clients at the top of our list.

At Bamboo Fitness our trainers are fully qualified STOTT Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers with years of experience teaching a wide variety of clients with very diverse health & fitness goals.

If you choose to train with us your programme will be tailored to your specific needs based on your posture, lifestyle and fitness level. You may be recovering from an injury and need to work at a slower pace or an athlete wanting to take your workouts to the next level. Β Improve and enhance your posture, core stability, strength and muscle tone with a Pilates based programme.

Our private purpose built boutique PT studio is kitted out with a full range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair, TRX, weights and small equipment.

Our experienced team of trainers will help you set specific goals whether that is general toning up, rehabilitation, improvement of back, neck and shoulder tension or a sports specific goal. We use a mixture of training methods to create an exercise programme that will be energising, fun and effective

  • Private sessions are Β£65 per individual session and are an hour long.
  • If you pay Β£325 for 5 sessions in advance you get a free group class.
  • If you pay Β£650 for 10 sessions you get a free private session.
  • A Duo session is priced at Β£90 and is also 1 hour in duration.
  • We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Payment is in advance.
