We offer a range of Reformer classes to suit your level of fitness and experience.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates your first session to book would either be our Free Orientation session or a private 1-1 session. It’s essential that you choose one of these options before booking in for any of the classes. After completing the orientation or a private session you can start Beginners Reformer classes with confidence.
