We have an inspiring set up at the beautiful Villa Mandala. Stylish and comfortable accommodation, swimming pool, sweeping garden terraces and its own roof top studio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Our retreat boasts 3 classes per day including Pilates, fitness and Yoga as well as a number of yoga workshops.

The afternoons are ‘free time’ so why not try surfing, horse riding, hiking or book in for a relaxing massage. You can choose how active you want to be, do as much or as little as you want. 

It’s the perfect place to get fit, lose a few pounds and energise after the stress, daily commute and unpredictable UK weather.

Prices

  • Double room en suite – £849 per person based on 2 people sharing
  • Double room without en suite – £799 per person based on 2 people sharing (There are two rooms that would share two bathrooms).
  • You can secure your place by paying a non-fundable £200 deposit with the balance due 8 weeks before we jet off.

Hello! Join us for our next Friday Night Special - Barefoot Fitness with Pete on the 31st Aug.

Barefoot Fitness is an energetic high tempo class that focuses on dynamic and functional exercises. Using music as a motivator, this varied workout utilises small equipment and body weight exercises to increase your fitness levels and torch those calories.
This is a low impact, high energy workout! You'll use medicine balls, body weight exercises, combat, flex bands and hand weights to train your entire body. Jumpstart your metabolism and take your workouts to the next level with Barefoot Fitness!
