With a background in history and anthropology which took her everywhere from New Delhi to Neolithic Naples, followed by a period as an achy-backed pastry chef in many more beautiful places, Amanda found pilates in order to realign her sore spine. It didn’t take long for it to embed itself in her sense of self and it’s also what brought her back to London so that she could train in a contemporary approach to the classical method with STOTT PILATES.
Amanda’s abiding personal contemporary dance and yoga practises influence her teaching style, keeping it graceful and playful.
