Instantly captivated, Rachel fell head over heels for this transformative practice. Today, she seamlessly incorporates Pilates into her life, complementing her career as a drama and psychology teacher. For Rachel, Pilates acts as a harmonious force, counterbalancing the pressures of modern living.
Her unwavering passion for Pilates stems from the joy she finds in the improved core strength that Pilates cultivates. She also cherishes the heightened body awareness it instils, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. With a keen focus on improved posture and alignment, she guides her clients towards optimal positioning and balance. Lastly, she recently completed her STOTT reformer training course at Bamboo Fitnessโ sister studio, Sea Breeze, and celebrates the transformative effects of Pilates on overall body toning and conditioning, watching her clients gain strength, tone, and confidence.
