Our 2 hour workshop will focus on technique and form to get the most out of Mat Pilates. Quite a few of our classes have a strong Mat Pilates element and we have two classes each week that are entirely Mat based. For variety we will use props like the foam roller, mini stability balls, hand weights and flex bands as class formats like Hot Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates Flow, Mat and Reformer Combo, Reformer Conditioning, Mat and Reformer Flow and Total Barre all use small equipment for that thorough and functional Mat Pilates workout.
