Reformer Workshop – Transform your technique

 

This workshop has been designed specifically for clients who have been attending Reformer classes for some time and feel they would like to improve their technique and move on to the harder classes.

Our 2 hour workshop delivered by Brig & Pete is a great opportunity to practice Essential and Intermediate Reformer exercises in preparation for some of the more challenging classes at Bamboo Fitness.

Advanced Reformer Workshop

For those who have mastered the Intermediate Reformer exercises and want to experience the challenge of the Advanced repertoire.

The Advanced Reformer exercises build on the strong foundations of the essential & intermediate sequences further challenging strength, flexibility and coordination.

Our 2 hour workshop is a great opportunity to try advanced exercises like the ‘snake’ and ‘high bridge’ that wouldn’t normally be attempted in a class setting.

Yoga workshop for Beginners

If you are new to Yoga then this 2 hour workshop will introduce you to the Sun Salutation sequence and the basic poses as well as an explanation on how to use the breath to link mind and body.

Yoga Workshop – Improve your Flow

This workshop is for those who would like to improve their Yoga practise, understand the breathing, make your Sun Salutations more fluid and improve your confidence in a workshop setting to try more challenging poses like headstands, arm balances and back bends.

This 120 minutes workshop finishes with a pranayama breathing practise and a relaxing and calming meditation.
