Advanced Reformer

Intensify your Reformer repertoire to deliver more stimulating and challenging workouts for athletes, dancers, and highly conditioned clients. The Advanced repertoire features exercises that demand greater strength, stability, flexibility, and coordination.

If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please contact us in advance to discuss your suitability for this course.

This course will cover

  • Muscular initiation and sequencing of Advanced-level exercises
  • Multiple variations for variety and intensity
  • 70 exercises
  • 1.8 Continuing Education Credits (only relevant for STOTT PILATES – 0.6 required per year)

Requirements of certification

  • If you have taken Advanced Matwork, Advanced Reformer and Advanced Cadillac, Chair & Barrel courses and already hold a Level 1 certification, you are only required to take the Level 2 practical exam. If you have taken all of the relevant courses but do not hold a Level 1 certification, you are eligible to take a combined Level 1 & 2 exam.
  • Attendance of Reformer level 1 (Essential & Intermediate)
  • If you are already certified at level 1 (Essential & Intermediate) you only need to complete a level 2 (Advanced) practical exam.

  • December 2025 Weekday Format 
  • Monday 1st – Wednesday 3rd Dec.
  • 10:45am – 5:45pm
