Free Reformer Orientation 

First Things First

Whether you’re new to Pilates or already have a solid fitness foundation, attending an orientation is essential. It’s the best way to learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer before joining a Beginners class.

In this free 30-minute session, we’ll guide you through setting up the Reformer, adjusting the pulleys and straps, and practicing some key foundational exercises. You’ll leave feeling confident and ready for your first class.
