Private 1-1 sessions

If you prefer a more bespoke 1-1 session book in with one of our Pilates specialists for expert tuition, advice and guidance.

At Bamboo Fitness our trainers are fully qualified STOTT Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers with years of experience teaching a wide variety of clients with very diverse health & fitness goals.

  • Private sessions are £65 per individual session and are an hour long.
  • If you pay £325 for 5 sessions in advance you get a free class on the group timetable.
  • If you pay £650 for 10 sessions you get a free private session.
  • A Duo session is priced at £90 and is also an hour in duration.
  • We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Payment is in advance.
