Intermediate Reformer Workshop

This workshop has been designed specifically for clients who have been attending Reformer classes for some time and feel they would like to improve their technique and move on to the harder classes.

Our 90 min workshop is a great opportunity to practice Essential and Intermediate Reformer exercises in preparation for some of the more challenging classes at Bamboo Fitness.

Even if you already attend Dynamic Reformer and Reformer Flow classes you’ll get the time to perfect your Mermaid Hawk and Short spine as well as try new exercises.

 

  • Level – Improvers. (Not suitable for complete beginners or clients with injuries)

Advanced Reformer Workshop

For those who are working towards mastering the Intermediate Reformer exercises and want to experience the challenge of the Advanced repertoire.

The Advanced Reformer exercises build on the strong foundations of the intermediate sequences further challenging strength, flexibility and coordination. Appropriate for clients that are attending Reformer Flow and Advanced Reformer classes.

Our 2 hour workshop is a great opportunity to try advanced exercises like the ‘snake’ and ‘high bridge’ that wouldn’t normally be attempted in a class setting.
