It’s really important to book in for a Free Reformer Orientation session if you have never used a Reformer Pilates machine or haven’t used one in a while. There’s usually a Beginners Reformer class directly after the orientation so most people book in for both.

If you chose to be added to the waiting list first ensure you have ticked the box on your profile page to say you would like to receive notifications and reminders.

If a place becomes available more than 24 hours before the class start time then you will be added to the class register automatically and you will receive an auto email confirming this. Payment is taken once you have been added to the waiting list.

If a place becomes available within 24 hours you will not be added to the class register automatically. We have created this setting so that we give you at least 24 hours notice before automatically adding you to the class.

Basically if you don’t receive an email more than 24 hours prior to the start time then you haven’t been added to the class register automatically and you would have a class credit with Bamboo Fitness.

Please be aware that the ’10 Class Pass’ has a expiry date of 3 months from the date of purchase.

At Bamboo Fitness we like to keep things simple so we operate a firm but fair 24 hour cancellation policy.

Any class or private that is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour cancellation period will be charged as if you had attended.

We kindly request that all cancellations and any amendments to your class bookings are managed online via your profile on our website.

Private 1-1 session cancellations need to put in writing in email form.
