Total Barre & Cardio Tramp


Barre classes are the hottest workouts in town and Bamboo Fitness bring Total Barre™ & Cardio Tramp to Crystal Palace!

Barre & Cardio Tramp is an exhilarating, fun class which combines elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training to create an effective and fun ballet based class which will leave you feeling worked-out and energised.

Classes begin standing, toning the legs with a mix of choreographed pliés, grande battements and kicks. Intervals of jumping on the Cardio Tramp will increase the cardiovascular and fat burning element whilst being kind to your joints. 

A short upper body toning routine using hand weights or the pulleys on the Reformers is then followed by floor work focusing on flattening your abs and improving your core strength.
