New to Pilates?

All of the teachers at Bamboo Fitness are STOTT Pilates qualified and we specialise in equipment based Pilates. We believe the Reformer apparatus in particular is the best place to start your Pilates journey, the machine helps you to stabilise and holds your body  safely in the correct position. 

Joseph Pilates believed that one should start on the machines and build a strong foundation in order to perform the Mat work exercises correctly. Mat classes are a great way to introduce variety once you have developed strength, control, precision and concentration.

We offer Free 30 minute Reformer Orientations so you can try out the machines in preparation to start Beginner Reformer classes. You can book in for a free session online via the timetable page.
