Hannah Tomkins

Hannah discovered Pilates during her professional contemporary dance training at Trinity Laban in 2001. She now uses it to create balance alongside her career as a television producer, believing that Pilates is the perfect antidote for the demands of modern life.

She is passionate about the many benefits of Pilates, particularly the development and maintenance of balanced muscle tone and core strength, improved posture, flexibility and mobility, the treatment and prevention of injuries, and body awareness and coordination.

Hannah completed her STOTT PILATES training at Sea Breeze Pilates studio under lead instructor trainer Brigitte Wrenn. She aims to create an environment that is engaging, challenging and supportive. She is committed to helping her clients develop good technique in order to find their full potential and welcomes all abilities to her classes.
