Rachel Graham

Rachel has worked in the Fitness Industry and Community Education for over 18 Years and is from a dance background. She loves to move and help others explore their own unique ways into movement. Her repertoire embraces both Pilates and Dance, her other favourites to teach are Yoga and Total Barre. 
 
Rachel’s STOTT PILATES training has helped her to overcome injuries and strengthen the body to prepare for performance and long hours of training. Rachel is fascinated with small details and overcoming restrictions both in the body and mind. And has much experience in helping people to achieve their goals.
