Total Barreβ’ Basics
Experience a full-body workout that will keep you moving and introduce you to muscles you didnβt even know you had! Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, this Total Barreβ’ class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music. Classes begin standing, then progress to the floor, focusing on specific areas of the body including arms, legs and core. Each session follows the same format but different exercises are added for variety and challenge.
No dance experience needed and suitable for beginners.
