Your guide to Free Reformer Orientation sessions

Free Reformer Orientation 

The orientation session shows you how to set up the Reformer, adjust the pulleys and straps and get into the basic positions. We strongly recommend you take this session before booking onto a class. Our beginners level classes normally follow the free orientation and most people book in for both sessions.
