New to Reformer Pilates?
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates your first session to book would either be our Free Orientation session or a private 1-1 session. Its essential that you chose one of these options before booking in for any of the classes. After completing the orientation or a private session its best to start with Beginners Reformer classes or Mat & Reformer Combo classes.
