Mat Pilates Flow
Mat Pilates Flow is a *multi level class which will challenge your whole body. This Mat based class utilises props like the foam roller, mini stability balls, hand weights and flex bands to keep things varied and more importantly to enable you to have a functional workout that will test and strengthen your entire body.
Progressions and adaptations are offered throughout the class to accommodate different fitness and skill levels.
*Level – Not suitable for complete beginners or clients with injuries.
