Our conditioning workout makes full use of the Reformer and the Cardio Tramp as well as a host of different types of Pilates kit.
Reformer Conditioning continues to build on endurance and core strength while improving stamina and agility. This powerful class will ensure you are on your way to having a strong and streamlined body with a focused and calm mind.
It’s definitely best that you are confident with the Beginners Reformer classes before you attempt this class! If in doubt ask your teacher in the next class.
