L2 Reformer Conditioning

Level 2 Reformer Conditioning.
 
Once you have mastered the Level 1 Beginners classes you can progress to Level 2 Reformer Conditioning. This session is comprised of 20 minutes Mat Pilates, 20 minutes Reformer and 20 minutes on the Cardio Tramp. It’s a medium to high intensity class perfect for those wanting to take their workouts to the next level.
 
Clients must be confident with the Beginners Reformer exercises before joining this class! If in doubt ask your teacher at your next session.
 
Not suitable for beginners. We recommend 15 -20 beginners Reformer classes before booking in for L2 Reformer Conditioning
