Your guide to Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow is a step up from Reformer Conditioning and Dynamic Reformer classes with more challenging choreography and an increase in pace and intensity.
This class explores more of the intermediate exercises with a focus on adding flow and endurance to your Pilates experience using fluid sequences that build stamina and improve coordination & flexibility.
It’s definitely best that you are very confident with the Beginners Reformer and Dynamic Reformer classes before you attempt this class! If in doubt ask your teacher in the next class.
